Amy G told me of some twins she has indexed:
Myrtle & Myrth
Andrew and Alexandrew
Pleasant & Polite (both boys)
I've done Rixie and Lacey - both boys.
My mom indexed a married couple named Cargle and Gertha. I bet when they met they just KNEW.
